Description
To provide support across core HR functions. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a strong foundation in human resources within a dynamic mining environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist with payroll inputs, leave tracking, and HR reporting
• Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations
Requirements
• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
